You may update your personal subscription information at any time on your My Subscription area.

Marking Policy, Student Expectations and Deadlines

Your work is marked by our excellent GRM Pastors.

After you have completed each quiz you should email it to your assigned GRM Tutor and they will then email you back your marked work as quickly as they can. Normally this will be within no more than three to four working days of when they received your work, unless the tutor is on tour with us or on vacation. In the event that your work does not meet the necessary standard to pass a unit, your GRM Tutor will inform you about this and give constructive criticism to help you to improve.

Please note that it is the students’ responsibility to keep copies of their pre-marked and marked work.   Tutors are not required to remark work that was already submitted and marked previously by themselves or another tutor.

In order for graduations to go ahead at specific times of the year, GRM Tutors and Kad-Esh MAP Ministries may set deadline for students who wish to graduate so that work can be marked on time. If work is submitted late then tutors may choose not to mark that work.

Tutors reserve the right to refuse to mark work that is in any way offensive, disrespectful or that has been submitted more than three times and failed to meet the required standard.  In the unlikely event of a student’s behaviour or work being consistently inappropriate or disrespectful, disciplinary action may be taken that could result in a student’s registration being cancelled. In this event, any payment that the student has made will not be returned.
